We are seeking a Doctor of Medicine (MD) to work at one of our partner facilities. Start Date: April 29, 2019 - May 3, 2019 for orientation and shadowMay 6, 2019 ongoing Monday - Friday until perm staff is hired Job Details: Monday Friday 8a-5p, no after hours, no call, no weekends Patient Census: 18-20 per day T1 Physician and 2 ACPs per shift - locum provider will be 2nd physician EMR is EPIC Board Certified FP/IM Highly Preferred, accept BE within 3 years of residency DOT Certification is a plus, this is not a requirement Ages Seen: School Age to Geriatrics 90-120 days to credential can do 60 day temps with clean background if needed Locums only or Locums to perm opportunity
