Concessions Supervisor | Part-Time | Flint River Entertainment Complex

The Concessions Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring concession stands are properly staffed, stocked, opened, operated, and closed. This role works closely with management, culinary, and warehouse teams to address operational needs and maintain a positive guest and employee experience. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$16.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers, cooks, bartenders, stand leads, and other concession employees.
• Confirm staff assignments, attendance, uniforms, and readiness for service.
• Communicate event details, promotions, menu updates, and expectations during pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor concession locations and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure stands are clean, stocked, organized, and ready to open.
• Support employees during high-volume service periods.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, product availability, and service speed.
• Respond to guest questions, complaints, and service concerns.
• Enforce cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Monitor inventory, product waste, and restocking needs.
• Report employee concerns, safety hazards, equipment issues, and incidents to management.
• Oversee closing procedures and complete required checklists and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous food service, concessions, hospitality, or retail experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Ability to obtain required food safety or alcohol service certifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
