Radiology Technologist - Full Time, Nights, 15k Sign-On Bonus!

Qualifications Successful completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program. Associate's degree in radiologic technology preferred. Possess a valid Massachusetts State license or temporary license and ARRT certification, or be eligible with one year to obtain. BLS required. Job Responsibilities Select type and number of films to provide diagnostic information required following departmental guidelines. Prepare and position patients relative to diagnostic equipment. Perform radiographic examinations accurately while minimizing repeat films. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the working area. Maintain flow of patients through the area and quality of films under direct supervision of the Technical Manager. Operate radiographic equipment knowledgeably with proper radiation safety, including collimation, shielding, and proper identification of films. Maintain professional demeanor with patients, medical staff, and others. Perform clerical and transportation duties to ensure effective patient care. Assist Technical Manager in daily processor/film sensitometry. Complete all patient tracking functions for proper billing, report transcription, and film retrieval. Compensation and Benefits Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 sign‑on bonus is available for external candidates only, contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements. Base Salary Range: $39.04 – $58.00 per hour.
