RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN License Point Click Care (PCC) experience required Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper medication administration and resident care Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) may be considered Schedule & Benefits Per Diem Weekend Positions Available Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available Daily Pay Option Available Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO benefits for full-time employees Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
