Night Shift RN - Observation Unit, Patient Care Leader

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse in our Observation Unit 1 for a Night shift. This role provides general nursing care across diverse, acute care settings and is scheduled for 36 hours per week. The RN is accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and works within a High Reliability Organization framework to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in care delivery.
