Production Operator
Eastridge has partnered with a growing company seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The Production Operator will support daily operations by following established standards, ensuring quality output, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Pay Range: $15.50-$16.75/hr
Essential Job Duties
- Perform daily production functions under direct supervision.
- Follow GMP standards, SOPs, Food Safety Standards, and workplace safety standards.
- Efficiently set up and operate all equipment within the assigned department.
- Meet daily production goals established by supervision.
- Perform accurate weights, measures, and quality checks.
- Complete all paperwork accurately, neatly, and correctly.
- Clean and maintain assigned work area and equipment.
- Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
- Display a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
- Follow directions with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
- Apply basic math and computer skills in daily tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Production/warehouse experience.
- Computer skills.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Flexible with schedule.
