At FirstSteps, you can. We're a privately owned, clinician-led organization committed to exceptional care for children and meaningful careers for clinicians. What Makes FirstSteps Different Clinical work comes first. Our Program Directors typically support 12–14 children and lead a clinical team of 7–12 RBTs, giving you the time to stay close to the work that matters. We also believe in clear, achievable clinical expectations. Full-time BCBAs have a 115 billable-hour monthly expectation, with additional incentive opportunities for those who choose to take on more. This structure allows you to focus on meaningful clinical work while having the opportunity to grow your impact and your earning potential.
