Mid Shift Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support a high-volume distribution operation in Monroe Township, NJ. This is a critical clerical role responsible for maintaining accurate data, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery for a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track new, pending, and in-progress shipments by communicating with internal purchasing, sales, and local and remote warehouse teams
• Interact with customers and brokers/forwarders to resolve shipment issues and verify status in transit
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for efficient information retrieval
• Enter data accurately and at required speed using Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems
• Prioritize tasks effectively with demands coming from multiple sources simultaneously
• Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and escalate as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel accurate and fast data entry required
• Strong written communication skills correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation essential
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain records and retrieve information quickly
• Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving ability
• Physical stamina ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• English proficiency required
• Must be E-Verify eligible

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (MondayFriday)
• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (MondayFriday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (SundayThursday, paid lunch)
