Must be open to any shift (days, swing, or overnight) . Must be open to weekends and most holidays . Training Schedule Training: 4–6 weeks ( first 2 weeks fully onsite, then hybrid). Hours: 8am–5pm for training. Our client is a global financial technology company that offers business and financial management solutions for SMBs, financial institutions, consumers and accounting professionals. Join our growing team supporting payment processing merchants. In this role, you’ll manage inbound calls, resolve escalated financial and fraud concerns. You’ll analyze financial data, detect fraud and risk patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. What You’ll Do Handle 20+ inbound calls daily, addressing risk & fraud questions for our payment processing merchants Analyze customer information, financial transactions, and patterns to detect fraud and mitigate risk. Review merchant cases to release funds, collect balances, and support chargeback disputes. Must have Experience 2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience 2+ years of recent experience in finance (banking, collections, lending, finance, or the financial/accounting) Strong customer service and de-escalation skills . Ability to navigate multiple software applications including LexisNexis, Excel, and Outlook . Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
