Alarm Guard — an Authorized ADT Dealer with 23 years in the security industry and 100,000+ homes and businesses protected — is hiring Sales Managers across the Southeast. This is not a babysitting role over an existing roster. You recruit your own team, you run it, and you get paid an override on every single deal it produces.

What the seat looks like:

• Override on 100% of your team's production — every install, every rep, every month
• Full personal production compensation on top of your team override
• Rep development bonuses up to $3,000 per rep you recruit and build
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual team volume bonuses — top annual tier pays $20,000 plus a premium trip
• A documented earning model where a manager running 5 producing reps clears $125K–$150K+ per year
