Job Overview:

As a Financial Planning Support Specialist, you will aid a team of financial planning consultants dedicated to helping advisors create efficiency, and expand their planning services all while maximizing their financial planning revenue. This is a full time remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning consultants in their advisor consultations by managing follow up items, responding promptly to inquiries, and nurturing a streamlined engagement process.

• Assist with designing content and advisor-facing presentations

• Create a workflow for managing a pipeline of consultations with consistent, proactive follow-up

• Manage content workflows and quality control of outputs.

• Coordinate pro-active outreach and promote advisor events.

• Assist in the preparation of team monthly activity reports and advisor feedback surveys.

• Improve processes and systems as needed

• Willingness to work on special research projects and assignments

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience within a financial services and/or financial planning environment

Core Competencies:

• Strong content design skills, preferably with experience in Adobe Editor

• Organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply

• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners in a virtual environment

• Ability to analyze and research information

• Self-motivated, driven and takes initiative

• Prior customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related areas preferred

Pay Range:

$24.69-$37.04/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
