Job Summary Up to $25,000 sign‑on bonus based on experience! Shift Nights Job Type Full Time Hours 7:00pm to 7:30am, and every other weekend is required. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive assessment and history on patients’ admission, reflecting sensitivity to different age, cultural and religious backgrounds. Initiate effective interventions based on assessed problems; evaluate, report and document patient’s response to care. Provide care in collaboration with patient, family and other team members, demonstrating a team approach to patient care. Ensure all documentation is on correct forms, is complete, legible, correct and current. Identify predictable problems, assess patient’s response and take appropriate, timely actions. Participate in performance improvement program, meeting deadlines for studies, and change practices in response to performance improvement actions. Clean and prepare treatment areas between patients; supply and ensure equipment is in working order. Adhere to department policy and procedure, ensuring interventions are in tandem with the job description. Attend staff meetings, read email and other key documents, and respond to inquiries promptly. Take on a department project, giving 2 department‑specific in‑services per year and attending 12. Accept professional responsibility and accountability for professional actions, using critical thinking skills in daily practice. Promote teamwork by participating with the health care team and communicating appropriately. Keep families informed appropriately; investigate and report complaints. Physical Demands Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.)
