As a part-time, 3 days per week Concierge / Front Desk at Lantern Crest Senior Living, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate department Assist residents with their daily needs and inquiries Manage mail and package deliveries Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized Requirements Prior experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred Friendly and approachable demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Opportunity for growth and advancement Health and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Employee discounts Employees must pass a criminal record clearance before beginning work in the community.
