This full-time, site-based position involves working closely with a diverse caseload, supporting children with varied mild to moderate disabilities. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain clear, detailed documentation
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
  • Work collaboratively with special education teams, teachers, and families
  • Adapt strategies based on ongoing student progress and feedback
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • SLP License in Pennsylvania (CCC required or eligibility)
  • PA Department of Education school clearances
  • Prior experience in school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
  • Solid background in conducting assessments and writing IEP goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability for working with a range of mild to moderate disabilities
  • Professional, collaborative approach with educators and families
