We’re seeking a skilled Wire &/Or RAM EDM Set Up & Operations Specialist who takes pride in high-precision craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and work that truly matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines &/Or Makino EDM’s for complex, tight-tolerance parts

• Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and setup sheets to plan jobs with accuracy

• Modify NC Code to enhance process performance and quality

• Conduct in-process inspections and final verifications to ensure conformance to specs

• Troubleshoot setups and recommend improvements to tooling, fixtures, and techniques

• Maximize lights-out EDM productivity through strategic planning and maintenance

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on Wire EDM &/Or RAM EDM experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi, Makino or similar EDM NC Code and controls

• Vocational or apprenticeship background preferred; high school diploma required

• Ability to inspect your own work to exacting tolerances and specifications
