CT Technologist

CT Technologist needed for a 13-week contract in or near Evanston, Illinois. The role involves operating GE CT scanners, delivering high-quality imaging, and ensuring patient safety and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality CT imaging services consistent with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Operate GE CT scanners and related equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, including IV and power injection techniques.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to assess images and perform necessary adjustments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• CRT license or state-specific license.
• At least 1 year of recent CT scanning experience.
• Strong IV and power injection skills.
• Ability to operate GE equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous travel experience preferred.
