Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician role is available to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position focuses on accurately processing prescriptions, managing medication inventory, and assisting pharmacists to ensure high-quality patient care. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Location: Lancaster, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and prepare prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
• Verify prescription information and patient data for accuracy
• Handle medication inventory management including restocking and expiration monitoring
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients collecting prescriptions
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols
• Assist pharmacists with administrative tasks and medication preparation

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and prescription processing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Certification as a pharmacy technician is a plus
