Seeking a full-time Internal Sales Consultant who will manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and support the sales team in a remote environment, leveraging retirement plan knowledge to enhance financial independence for employees nationwide. Key responsibilities Monitor pipeline daily and prepare proposals and engagement agreements efficiently Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, advisors, and internal partners Support the sales team with meeting materials and complete ancillary projects as assigned Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in retirement plan sales/service preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Salesforce experience is a plus Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and industry experience Experience working with retirement plans or recordkeeping systems
