Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions. Balance the cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed accurately. Process and electronically deposit checks. Enter and maintain vehicle information in dealership systems. Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents. Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required. Must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends required.
