Intake Coordinator

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed ABA Intake Coordinator will manage the intake and referral process, ensuring timely processing of referrals and accurate documentation while working remotely during PST hours. Key responsibilities Processes daily referrals and provides comprehensive intake data to the clinical and administrative teams Maintains accurate documentation in referral and EMR systems and assists with scheduling and treatment-related details Monitors the progress of assessments and contributes to the orientation of new staff while improving intake systems and processes Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent of two years of college coursework 3-5 years of experience in ABA intake Fluency in Spanish is required Familiarity with CentralReach and CRM systems, along with high-volume intake processes Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software
