Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.
• Experience in ENT, eyes, or plastics procedures preferred.
• Willingness to work weekday and weekend call and potential holiday call responsibilities.
• Ability to work varied 12-hour day/evening shifts and adapt to operational schedule changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel assignment experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 3x12-hour shifts.
• Typical shift hours: 06:40 – 19:10, with potential to work 10:40 – 23:10 as needed.
• Weekday and weekend call responsibilities.
• Possible holiday call responsibilities.
• Shift may vary based on operational need.
