This person will work closely with an external consulting partner currently rebuilding the Intune infrastructure, participating in the transition and ultimately helping take ownership of the environment internally. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Intune but also bring a strong Active Directory foundation and broader Microsoft infrastructure knowledge. A major focus of the role will include software/application packaging within Intune, refreshing existing packages, supporting deployments and testing, and identifying opportunities to improve or automate packaging processes. This individual needs to be highly self-sufficient and comfortable working with limited day-to-day direction. Rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned, they should proactively identify what needs to be done, make technical recommendations, engage the appropriate stakeholders, and drive projects through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, communicate confidently with both internal teams and external consultants, and be interested in growing into a long-term role with the organization.\nIn this role, the Intune Administrator oversees the full lifecycle of device management across the organization. Each day involves monitoring device compliance, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and ensuring policies are deployed correctly and consistently. You will configure and maintain Intune profiles, security baselines, conditional access policies, and application deployments while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and help desk teams to resolve escalated issues. You’ll also evaluate new Intune features, recommend improvements, and help drive the organization’s transition toward a fully modern, cloudmanaged endpoint environment.
