Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab - Day Shift Job Category: Nursing Requisition Number: RNFUL034348 Kentucky River Medical Center 540 Jetts Drive Jackson, KY 41339, USA Position Details Full Time Position. Day Shift - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am - 7pm. Starting base pay for RN with 10+ years of experience is $42.34 per hour. Job Summary Evaluates, plans, and provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures Monitors patients' status, interprets diagnostic data, administers medications, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes Maintains sterile technique, follows established protocols, policies and procedures and educates patients and families as appropriate. Qualifications Cath Lab experience required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Must have a Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the state of Kentucky Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
