Job Description

Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets. Resolve on-site issues related to MEP installations in a timely manner. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have: experience with managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects; strong understanding of construction blueprints and technical documents; knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations; ability to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure project milestones are achieved; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
