Your Impactful Role

As a Nurse at Mosaic, your day-to-day is about more than just vitals. You will:

• Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.

What We're Looking For

We believe in a culture of belonging, connection, and faithfulness. To join our team in Beatrice, you'll need:

• The Right Credentials: An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska, a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) is preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
• Safety First: A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You're comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
