Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C, an AV-rated Business & Estate Planning Law Firm serving clients in Utah and Nevada for over 25 years, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist & Legal Assistant for its St. George office. About the role We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist & Legal Assistant. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for clients while providing administrative and legal support to our attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, opening and maintaining client files, managing databases and records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing day-to-day support to attorneys and staff. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and solid computer skills are essential. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well as part of a team, and is committed to providing excellent client service. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
