Migration Operations Lead

Owning and elevating the migrations function, the full-time Migration Operations Lead will drive high-complexity enterprise migrations, build scalable operational processes, and influence product development while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead high-complexity enterprise migrations as the primary client contact, ensuring strong customer satisfaction outcomes Design and implement standardized operational processes to enhance scalability and efficiency in migrations Manage team performance metrics, capacity planning, and corrective actions to maintain high operational standards Required qualifications 6-10 years of experience in data migrations, EMR implementations, or SaaS onboarding in a client-facing role Proven track record of leading complex operational functions and managing teams effectively Technical fluency in data mapping, validation, and ETL processes Experience with EMR systems such as Boulevard, Jane, Zenoti, Vagaro, or Aesthetic Record is preferred Strong communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences
