Certified Medical Assistant, PRN/Part-time

Job Description

Job Summary:

Certified Medical Assistant:

Provides nursing assistance to multiple physicians
Obtains vital signs
Greets and chaperones patients during medical part of visit
Maintains medical documentation
Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
Process prescription requests and referrals

Experience:
Must have pediatric experience to apply
2+ years of experience in Physician's office is required
Certifications/Registrations:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Schedule:
This position is PRN-which is on a needed basis only-non-benefit eligible. Hours will vary Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
Location:
Baptist Primary Care/Orange Park Pediatrics is located on Argyle Forest Blvd.
