Client Service RepresentativeNew Braunfels Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.We're looking for someone with a positive personality who enjoys building relationships with clients and making every pet and owner feel welcome. A passion for veterinary medicine is a must, as we're seeking someone who takes pride in helping improve the lives of pets and the people who love them.
