Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Duties Learn and apply medical terminology and pharmacy practices to ensure accurate medication dispensing Maintaining records by recording and filing the prescriptions and orders of Physicians Supporting pharmacological services by assembling, stocking, and distributing medications Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking medications and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with aseptic technique standards Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication administration Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain patient safety and confidentiality Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a pharmacy technician training program Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation Excellent communication skills for effective patient service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Spanish is required This position offers an opportunity for growth and development in the field of pharmacy.
