Property Associate

Property Associate This role serves as the primary administrative contact for an office property portfolio at JLL, focusing on tenant services, accounting support, and property operations. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance issues. Assist the property management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance. Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance, code invoices, and other financial tasks. Coordinate vendor and work order management to ensure timely maintenance and repair activities. Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients. Support lease administration activities, including tenant move‑in processes, document filing, and communication coordination. Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives. Provide backup support for reception, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed. Perform additional tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management. 1–2 years of customer-service or customer‑facing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry. Compensation and Schedule Estimated total compensation: $24.04–$24.76 per hour. Expected schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. On‑site required at Oak Brook, IL.
