Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Meal planning and preparation, plus light housekeeping tasks
- Monitoring vital signs as directed and reporting changes to the nursing staff
- Medication reminders and support with daily exercises
- Engaging clients through conversation, games, walks, and hobbies
- Keeping accurate, timely records of care provided
What You Bring to the Team
- Current CPR Certification (must be verifiable)
- TB Test on file within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 Year of hands-on patient care experience (home care, assisted living, hospice, etc.)
- Reliable Transportation and a valid driver's licenseprompt arrival is essential
- Warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others feel safe and supported
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
