Job Description

The Handyman will primarily service commercial properties, contributing to the upkeep and functionality of buildings through a variety of maintenance and installation tasks. Working as part of a team, this role involves local travel to multiple job sites to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned duties.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on commercial properties
Carry out installation tasks for building systems and equipment
Conduct electrical work supporting building operations
Maintain and service fire alarm systems
Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects
Travel locally between multiple job sites as required
