Join Our Growing ENT Clinic

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to become part of our expanding ENT Clinic located in the suburbs of Des Moines. This practice handles a high volume of cases, catering to both adult and pediatric patients.

• Salary: $570,000 with a two-year income guarantee and potential for increased earnings.
• Recruitment Bonus: $150,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): $6,000.
• Malpractice Insurance: Paid coverage.
• Retirement Plan: 403(B) matching.

• Collaborative environment with a team of 5 physicians.
• Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
• Community-wide call schedule for weekend coverage and one night per week for practice calls.
• Established referral network.
• On-site, newly expanded Audiology services.
• Shared revenue model for Hearing Aid Center.
• Dedicated block operating room time.
• Ownership opportunity in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

We operate four not-for-profit, Catholic Medical Centers and two specialty hospitals, totaling 900 licensed beds.
