MOMs Pretzels Pretzel Shop – Kitchen Kettle Village

Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $13-$15 per hour + tips (based on experience and availability)

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic team members for MOMS Pretzels. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and efficiently handling guest transactions while meeting food safety standards. The ideal candidate will excel at pretzel baking, guest service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
• Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
• Greet every guest in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate skill and efficiency in properly baking pretzels and handling money
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
• Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Assist in keeping condiments and paper supplies stocked and clean
• Handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages, shortages, or discrepancies
