Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Therapy (Travel or Local Contract)

Facility: PEAK Physical Therapy – Princeton
Location: Princeton, TX 75407
Schedule: 8-Hour Days
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (with expectation of working up to 40 hours)
Overtime: Must be approved by the Director prior to working any OT hours
On-Call: None

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a busy orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinic. Candidates should be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Requirements
Active PT or PTA license in Texas or compact eligibility required
Outpatient therapy experience preferred
First-time travelers will not be considered
New graduates will not be considered
Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience preferred
Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently while maintaining quality care standards

General Orthopedic Patients
Musculoskeletal Conditions
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Sports and Functional Rehabilitation

Productivity Expectations
Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
Average patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
Must be comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to optimize patient outcomes
Meet productivity and scheduling expectations while maintaining quality patient care

No floating required to other clinics
Coverage assignment
Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be paid at the local bill rate
Travel and local candidates accepted
Candidates should be prepared to manage a busy orthopedic outpatient caseload from day one
