This isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we'll count on you to:Use processes and tools established on projectsDevelop and assist in preparation of schedulesPrepare various reportsCoordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the clientDemonstrate understanding of project controls tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Project, etc.Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviewsAssist in costs estimate development and reviewMonitor, update and review financial dataCoordinate and maintain project documentationPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related fieldCertifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EITAbility to interpret construction schedulesSkilled in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6Required Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and constructionStrong decision-making skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position is $35.07 to $56.85 hourly and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
