We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our hydraulic motor manufacturing operations. This is not an entry-level maintenance position. We are looking for a highly skilled industrial maintenance professional with extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing complex manufacturing equipment in a heavy industrial environment.
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
- Support CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, assembly equipment, heat treat furnaces, paint systems, conveyors, and facility infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on:
- Mechanical systems
- Industrial electrical systems
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Servo motors, drives, sensors, and controls
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong Industrial Maintenance Experience Required
- Minimum 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing production equipment in an industrial manufacturing facility
- Extensive troubleshooting experience with:
- CNC machine tools
- Industrial electrical systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
- Mechanical drawings and technical manuals
