Champion collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams (media planning, research, account management) and external partners to bring your vision to life. What you bring to the table: 10+ years of experience in communications planning, media strategy, account planning, brand planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape. Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of open communication, collaboration, and growth. A passion for uncovering consumer insights and translating them into actionable communication strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire action. A collaborative spirit and a "can-do" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
