Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on client needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to document and communicate patient assessments, treatment strategies, and ongoing care plans effectively during meetings and rounds.

• Manage cases for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive support.
\n
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from different backgrounds, helping them manage issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the varying emotional and psychological needs of every client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• A willingness to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, accommodating client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for individuals with at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 yearly , depending on your experience and credentials. Benefits include:
