TIG Welder

Job Title: TIG Welder (Stainless Pipe)

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 50+ hours/week

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Overview

Hiring experienced TIG welders for stainless pipe work (process piping). Mix of shop and field work with steady overtime.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld stainless pipe (Schedule 10–160)

• Perform 6G pipe welding (open root)

• Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols

• Prep pipe (bevel, fit-up, purge)

• Maintain weld quality and follow safety procedures

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3–5+ years TIG welding experience

• Strong stainless steel pipe experience

• 6G welding experience (required)

• Able to read drawings and weld symbols

• Experience with purging and clean welds

Preferred

• Experience with flux-core or MIG

• Strong fabrication skills

Work Environment

• Clean shop with some field work

• 50+ hours/week, OT available

• PPE required (boots, hood)

• Shop tools provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
