Zadeh Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Arlington, VA. This part-time role is a unique opportunity to blend patient care with front office management. The ideal candidate will be a crucial first point of contact for our patients, assisting with administrative tasks while also providing support in the treatment room.

Requirements

Proven experience in a dental office or clinic.
Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Excellent computer skills with experience in dental scheduling and insurance.

Job Description

Greet patients and ensure a welcoming experience.
Manage scheduling and patient communication via phone, in-person, and email.
Handle insurance inquiries and computer-based administrative tasks.
Assist the dentist with various procedures, providing chairside support.
Maintain a clean and organized front office and treatment area.
Educate patients on dental care and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an efficient patient flow.

Shift & Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The office is closed on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
