Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work a 40-hour schedule, covering shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM. This position requires assistance with General Therapeutic Education (GTE) and entails End Of Week (EOW) scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks and provide high-quality care to patients.
• Assist in General Therapeutic Education initiatives.
• Document all patient interactions and care within the Patient Care Center (PCC) using established charting systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being.
• Be available to cover significant holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 13 weeks of commitment required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This role does not offer on-site housing. Candidates must be willing to travel if necessary.
