Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trucking Industry Recruiter located in Melrose Park, IL. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified truck drivers, specifically CDL Class A drivers, for various logistics operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent to meet company staffing needs. Collaboration with management to align hiring with operational goals is a critical aspect of the role. Qualifications 2+ years of CDL-A driver recruiting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tenstreet Proven success in high-call-volume, fast-paced environments In-depth knowledge of CDL Class A driving and truck driving industry standards Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence Ability to analyze applications and make data-driven decisions High-level customer service mindset Self-starter with minimal supervision needed Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Adaptable, resilient, and thrives under pressure Positive, driven, and solution-focused attitude Strong integrity and professional standards Attention to detail and ability to manage recruitment records accurately Why Join VV Logistics Solutions?
