**Exciting Opportunity for an RN OR Circulator - Day Shift!** **Job Description:** - **Join Our Dynamic Team:** We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced OR RNs to support our growing case volume, primarily Tuesday through Thursday, with opportunities for additional weekday shifts based on your availability. - **Immediate Start Availability:** Start ASAP through 09/07/26 with shifts from 0600-1530. - **High-Volume Environment:** Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced OR setting, working with a diverse surgical caseload. - **Orthopedic Expertise Required:** Strong experience in orthopedic procedures, including Total Joints, Mako robotics, and Hanna table procedures is a must! - **Desirable Skills:** Experience with robotic-assisted General Surgery cases will give you an edge. - **Patient-Centric Care:** Utilize your specialized knowledge and nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. - **Collaborative Approach:** Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans. - **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the enhancement of nursing quality indicators and outcomes. - **Dynamic Role Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the OR setting. - Essential Certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN highly desirable. - A valid RN license in the state of practice is required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
