Manufacturing Associate

Marvin is hiring Entry Level Manufacturing Associates to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate equipment, use basic hand and power tools, and follow standard work to assemble and package high-quality building products. You’ll inspect materials and finished goods, maintain a safe and organized work area, and work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals.
