Field Sales Professional

Serve as a consultative partner to schools, club select and travel programs, youth leagues, YMCA organizations, and community-based athletic programs Provide consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory Generate revenue and meet sales and growth targets Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead-generation campaigns Execute full-cycle sales from prospecting and lead generation through account management and post-sale service Use CRM functions for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across all sports and levels Use data-driven business intelligence to identify prospect trends and opportunities Manage the account list and travel throughout the assigned territory Build pipelines, expand multi-sport penetration, and maintain client relationships through in-person engagement Requirements 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred Must currently reside in/near Mobile, Alabama full-time Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM Excellent problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication skills Strong time management, task prioritization, self-direction, and autonomy Ability to cultivate a distraction-free in-home office environment Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends when required Ability to travel locally within the territory 2-5+ days per week, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B Sales and Account Management, leveraging data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.
