Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Irrigation Team Lead Manage the Field Walk job sites, check for quality control, and ensure equipment is maintained. Structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crew members organized and on task. Find solutions for issues that arise among staff and provide necessary training. Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day. How We Measure Success Attendance: Lead by example in attendance for the rest of the team. Budget vs Actual Hours: Keep jobs profitable by managing planned and spent time. Return Rates: Ensure quality control to keep rework to a minimum. Crew Retention: Maintain a healthy team environment and accountability to reduce turnover. Customer Retention: Build great relationships with each customer and provide exceptional service. Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Enable all of the above. Job Requirements for Landscaping Irrigation Team Lead Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries is critical to lead a team. Knowledge of installing pipe, heads, valves, wire, controller, and sensors, and ability to operate basic equipment safely. Willingness to complete necessary training and obtain certifications/licenses within 6 months. Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer. Benefits & Pay Pay range $18.00 to $22.00 depending on experience as a lawncare, landscaping, and irrigation professional and leadership experience. Paid holidays.
