The firm is known for its refined culture, exceptional client service, and sophisticated legal work across disciplines.Job ResponsibilitiesPlay a meaningful role in advising clients on comprehensive estate and wealth-transfer planning strategies.Draft and administer wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.Design tax-efficient estate plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.Advise on wealth transfer strategies, including lifetime gifting, charitable planning, and business succession planning.Assist with estate and trust administration matters, maintain direct client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation to provide holistic client solutionsWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of focused estate planning experience at a law firm or private client practiceStrong technical foundation in wills, trusts, and wealth-transfer planningExperience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates preferredExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsFlorida Bar admission (or ability to become admitted promptly)A polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a high-standards, high-support environment
