To develop and execute a strategic content program, the full-time Content Marketing Lead will create high-impact thought leadership and customer-focused content while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy tailored to small business audiences, including long-form playbooks and research-driven reports Create customer-centric content that simplifies complex products and supports all stages of the marketing funnel Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategy and brand messaging Required qualifications: 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or brand copywriting Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience creating long-form business guides and thought leadership content Experience developing content for B2B and small to medium-sized business audiences Strong analytical mindset with experience using engagement metrics to optimize content performance
